Will there be changing rooms?
Unfortunately, there will be no changing rooms at the start and finish of the event.
Is there a deposit for leaving my bag before departure?

What happens if I arrive after the time limit?
If you arrive after the time barrier, the signaller present will invite you to switch to a lower route.

There will be waves of departures depending on the number of registrants.
First in, first out, if you get to the starting line early enough, you can leave in the first waves. Don't panic, your time will be counted down when you pass under the arch.

When will I get my bib pickup card?
You will receive your bib number card a few days before the event. If you did not receive it, you can also download it by going to your registration area.
Can I get my bib in the mail?
We do not send bibs by mail.
What is my bib number?
Your bib number will be assigned to you when it is collected.
Can I take someone else's bib off?
You can collect another person's bib upon presentation of a photocopy of their identity document, their bib pick-up card and their medical document if their file is incomplete.
What documents do I need to present to pick up my bib?
To pick up your bib, you will need to present:
- Your ID
- Your bib collection card (which you will receive by email a few days before the event or which you can download by going to your registration page.)
- Your medical document (PPS or FFA license) if your file is incomplete

How do I change my registration?
- If you want to change your personal information (address, emergency contact, telephone, email...) you can go to your registration via your registration confirmation email.
Attention, you will not be able to modify the fields: name, first name, date of birth, gender and email. If you want to change them please contact us.
- If you want to change course, this is possible within the limit of available bibs.
- From a race to a race with lower mileage or a hike no refund.
- From a hike or a race to a race with higher mileage, payment of the difference according to the current rate.
For the change deadline, please consult the rules of the event.
Please contact us via the email address below and indicate:
Your name, first name, date of birth, registration code, registration code, course on which you are registered and the course on which you wish to be registered as well as the mention “I accept the conditions of change indicated in the rules of the event”.
You will receive a confirmation email when the change has been made.

How does the timekeeping system work?
Timing will be ensured by a bib device. Each competitor must install their bib numbers provided by the organization as indicated without making any changes. Electronic controls will be installed on the course. Competitors who are not registered at these checkpoints will be automatically disqualified.

How do I transfer my registration to someone else?
Bib transfer is possible (see deadline in the “Cancellation/modification of registration” section); no transfer will be made on site. To transfer your bib to another person, all you need to do is:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer my bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you
The person replacing you can then register by paying for the registration (current rate) via the transfer email that they will have received.
Refund: transaction fees and 4 euros in file management fees will be removed from the reimbursement of your registration fees. It will be completed once the registration of your replacement has been registered. You will receive a confirmation email.
For a relay event: to cancel the registration of a relay operator and replace it with another:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer my bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you
For relay teams, the substitute torchbearer does not pay for registration, so there will be no refund for the replaced torchbearer. Attention: your relay team must be complete. If you cancel a relay registration without replacing it, your registration will be deleted.
How do I make the cancellation guarantee work?
Insured: anyone who has subscribed to the cancellation guarantee at the time of registration.
Guarantee of acceptance: an accident, a serious illness, inability to practice running. It is necessary to provide a medical certificate signed and stamped by the doctor attesting to the contraindication to participate in the race.
Condition of compensation: any request for reimbursement must reach us accompanied by the medical certificate, no later than - see date on the payment - (in the “Cancellation/Modification of registration” section) at Extra Sports — ASICS SaintÉLyon — 107, rue Béchevelin - 69007 Lyon — 107, rue Béchevelin - 69007 Lyon.
Refund: the transaction fees and the price of the cancellation guarantee will be retained from the price of the race.
What are the solutions in case of cancellation?
If you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee, you can make it work. You can find the details on this subject in the rules of the event in the “Cancellation/Modification of registration” category. If you have not subscribed to the cancellation guarantee, you can transfer your registration to another person if you know someone who wants to participate. We allow it but it is mandatory to report it to us. To transfer your bib to another person, all you need to do is:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer my bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you

How can I postpone my registration for ASICS SaintéLyon 2027?
Anyone who subscribed to the “report 2027" option only at the time of registration will have the possibility to request a deferral of their registration to the 2027 edition of ASICS SaintÉ-Lyon. The report will only be valid for the 2027 edition over the same distance or a shorter distance. Request to be made by email to info@saintelyon.com before the date indicated on the rules of the event.

Can I register on site?
It is possible to register on site within the limit of available bibs. Rates will be increased. In order to prepare for your race more calmly, we advise you to register online.

Is it possible to register several people at the same time?
Yes, it is possible, once the first registration is registered, simply click on “Add a registration”, so you can make a global payment for several registrations.
How do I receive my registration confirmation by email?

The documents to present to validate my registration
People enrolled in the forms Chrono must register an FFA license that is up to date on the date of the event or a PPS on their registration.

Who can participate?
The event is open to all, you simply have to respect the age limits according to the different routes that you will find on the rules of the event, in the category “Inscriptions - Bibs”.
